Am I Ready to Be a Homeowner?
We always advise staying in one place for at least 5 years if your thinking about buying. Also make sure you have a little money saved, because your gonna need to buy somethings to furnish the house even if your paying $0.00 down payment.
Is Renting or Buying Better?
It depends on your situation. If your going to stay some ware for less than 5 years it may be better to rent. but in most cases it’s always better to buy in the Texas area
What Do I Look for in Homes?
When you look for a home: 1. Location is most important 2. Price/ budget 3. neighborhood 4. size/ floor plan 5. life style
Do I Need a Home Warranty?
We always recommend a home warranty because there relatively cheap considering what they cover
What Should I Expect at Closing?
If your Making a down payment make sure you bring your check. Also You and your spouse will need most commonly 2 forms of ID and a steady hand to do a lot of signing
What Is Pre-approval?
A pre–approval letter from a mortgage lender indicates that the lender has reviewed a buyer’s finances and will approve them for a home loan of a certain amount, pending final review of their finances and the property being purchased. Lenders will verify income, debt and payment history before issuing a pre–approval.
Am I Ready to Rent?
Have at least 2 month of rent saved before you rent, because you will have to pay a deposit

You can and should always ask for real estate advice, even if your not planning to buy, sell or move soon
