How did the business get started?
The name Pineapple Xpress was the idea of Peter’s uncle. It started as a pizza and salad restaurant. When Peter took over they switched it up. They decided to go with a Chinese restaurant with sushi and smoothies. The Pineapple Xpress has been Chinese food since 2015.

We have egg drop soup, wonton soup, cheese puffs, in our egg rolls are really good. to list a few more we have vegetable rolls, Vietnamese egg rolls, dumplings, chicken wings, and much more.
