We take a doctor’s prescription fill it like a pharmacist to Would. We’re not doctors but we take a prescription and fabricate a pair of glasses. I’m a technician by trade.
How many glasses do you carry?
In stock, we have around a thousand or a little bit more on our walls. They’re ranging from non-prescription sunglasses to industrial safety glasses and everywhere in between. We have children’s glasses all the way up to your grandmother’s glasses.

My father was in the optical wholesaling business. That’s how he came to Texas. He was in Houston and was talked into coming to Baytown by an eye, ears, nose and throat doctor in the 1950’s. He came to Baytown and open up a retail store call Reiter opticians in 1956.

We’re in downtown Baytown 114 East Texas avenue, the old part of town.
